Lazy Jack System s2 7688101

System 2 for boats ≤ 40 feet

Lazy Jack System are one of those pleasant things about sailing that make it easier to strike or reef the mainsail. But by no means all ships are equipped with them.

The sail falls into the triangles provided by the lazy jacks after the main halyard has been veered and no longer slips uncontrollably down the boom (and goes “swimming” …) before it is lashed down!

Ideally suited for single-handed sailors and small crews! Lazy Jacks are like a third hand on the main boom!

Here Pfeiffer Marine offers an innovative and smart all-in-one solution at an affordable retrofit price for vessels up to about 40 feet. With this unit, which can be assembled with the simplest of board tools (screwdriver, drill, centre punch, metre rule and pencil), sail furling becomes child’s play and reefing is made much easier! The complete set is available in a practical SB Pack. This includes 6 high-quality blocks, various round steel brackets with screws, 2 mast cleats made of high-quality aluminium, as well as rope clamps for optimal and perfect-looking attachment of the rope ends.
